Who Uses VOLO?
St John Ambulance
St John’s Ambulance required centralised control of their 20 remote community centres in the North West Region. They needed to enforce a better control of usage of their remote centres to ensure the relevant personnel were gaining access on the allocated days and times per week.
By using VOLO they can:

Remotely issue access codes for each site

Remotely control the flow of users to ensure they were only using the centres at relevant times (reduce subletting, stopping abuse of overusing times)

Remotely review a full audit trail of users, showing when they accessed the relevant centres

Receive notifications of users trying to gain access when they were not allocated to do so
